Enjoy the stay dislike the Starbucks store
"The hotel is super beautiful clean and have the best pools. The restaurant has excellent food and wonderful service. They have a Starbucks store but the coffee is not as good as the one we have in USA and the manager was rude and arrogant."

The town itself is ok, nothing to write home about. The Palenque and Yaxchilán ruins however are spectacular!
