Hotel was within walking distance of ADO bus terminal. Near main plaza, lots of places to eat. Clean place, staff very helpful and nice little breakfast . Easy on your budget too. December celebrations were starting in this happy town. Recommend

Heart of downtown.

Location. Well, not close to the archeological site, but very close to good restaurants and services in the heart of the city. One minor problem is that there is no on-site parking, but the street is pretty safe if you don't leave anything visible. Oh, and they had a great breakfast.

It is an excellent hotel located in the centre of Palenque, the minimal/rustic details are really nice and the room was very clean and comfortable, bedsheets always pristine, friendly staff with someone always at reception. It's great to have breakfast included although the toasts are not great (a bit to dry for my taste), probably a blend with a Mexican breakfast touch, fresh bread or Mexican flavour would be it!

The hotel staff are nice. The check in is fast. The hotel is in the center of the centro district. It is close to restaurants and shops. I only need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to the long distant bus station. The only con is the hotel does not have elevator but it is not difficult to me to go to my room.

I liked how convenient it was to everything, transportation and places to eat and walk around. I also reallly liked the staff because they were very nice and helpful! It is noisy because it's right next to a busy street and also a tortilla maker, which can make it difficult to sleep at night. What I would do mention is 2 things: 1) the shower/shower head was not working properly along with the shower splattering all the water everywhere and even outside of the shower/bathroom, 2) the toilet was not properly working either, not flushing correctly, so we had to pour water into the tank to make it flush. Could be better cleaned and kept.

Solo me hospede una noche, porque al día siguiente viaje en el tren Maya. El hotel está en el centro de Palenque, esa es una ventaja; sin embargo, en la noche-madrugada se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Por lo demás, buen hotel, el desayuno incluido muy nutritivo.
