"Adele was a very welcoming host. Her apartments are excellent for a longer stay. They are fully equipped with everything you need. The proximity to Todi was wonderful. We would walk into town every day . The grounds of the apartment are beautiful with walking paths through the olive trees. The apartment was sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldNot hesitate to come back. Many thanks to Adele for her very welcoming hospitality. "

"the location is excellent--only a few minutes walk to the central square of Todi. Manu is an excellent host and provides a very warm and genial welcome to the property. The room was spacious, very nicely designed, with a very comfortable bathroom and very nice toiletries. The honesty bar with wine from a local vineyard is also a great addition. excellent place all round!"

"Where do I start? The property is gorgeous, in a great location on the edge of town, with beautiful olive grove surroundings, and with wonderful vistas over rolling countryside. It’s spacious and well-appointed, although the kitchen is quite small (but then again, Todi is full of good places to eat out). Large, well-equipped bathrooms, comfy beds, a swimming pool that I really SHOULD have used (and hey, I would have, but it WAS late October), and all sorts of places to sit outside – I imagine the gardens would be utter paradise in the summer. And then there is Adele, who is a cordial and welcoming superhost, with just the right touch – hands on but not intrusive in any way. She went into action within seconds when the toaster terminated its contract, and a new toaster appeared within minutes: she is a delightful force of nature. What else is there? Three friendly cats on the property, who all swear blindly that Adele doesn’t feed them enough (she does – cats lie a lot). A slightly scary drive in and out – yes, it is steep, and Google Streetview does not prepare you for the first time, although it gets progressively easier. Todi itself is very attractive, and is a great base for touring Central Umbria: Spello, Spoleto, Deruta, Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, and Orvieto are all within striking distance. "We had a wonderful 6-week stay in George's amazing house, and, as previous reviewers have said, benefitted from the many facilities it offers. Although it is an authentically historical building, it offers comfort, cleanliness and a friendly, warm atmosphere. The view of the countryside from the dining table in the garden was a constant delight and Todi itself is absolutely enchanting. George was extremely helpful and welcoming, staying in regular contact and responding to any queries we raised. Bear in mind that there are a lot of stairs, and that the walk to the piazza is steep. But once you get there, it really is a privilege to spend time in. It was a wrench to leave and I am sure we will be back."
