If there was any thing one small thing that could be easily improved, it would be for just one english language news channel to be added to the TV subscription ( BBC or Al Jazeera ? ) "

"Staff is so helpful, charming , TRULY. Location is perfect, chose with a port-side view, well worth it, to look onto the gorgeous old port of Marseille. Yes, the series of initial stairs to climb to the lobby is typical of old Europe, but the staff had immediately warned us as soon as we had made our reservations. Friends in Marseille had recommended the hotel as reasonably priced with excellent staff & rooms, and they were right. Merci encore a l’equipe a la reception de l’hôtel!!"

"Room was okay. Upon checking in we had to wait around 40 mins, due to a card reader error. the man didn’t apologise for the delay and never told us any info such as wifi password. when departing another 15 min delay. nothing ran efficiently."
