"It was a nice stay in Studios Anny Family Hotel. The owners were really pleasant and and helpful people. The beds were comfortable, but there was only one not so big bed sheet and blanket for a double bed. "

"The property looks and feels outdated and poorly maintained. We paid more expecting a true 5-star resort experience, but in reality, it did not even meet the standards of a 3-star property. There were numerous issues throughout our stay, including mold and dirt in the shower, an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and a blanket that appeared dirty. "My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt.
