"This was a wonderful place. I would have made this a destination rather than a quick overnight into France. The building is charing and historic but with nicely updated rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, and lovely farm views. The breakfast was wonderful. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The setting is serene and beautiful. And the whole stay was very affordable."

"The room was ok. No heat in bathroom unless you pulled string and went off again. Parking is limited but we were lucky to get the last spot. There is a small town where we found a nice restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately there was a group of people who stayed up late yelling, knocking on doors, and making lots of noise in the hallway outside our 1st floor room. The Abbaye itself was fascinating and worth walking through. We brought some beer to support and it was very good. So mixed...

"The hotel room was roasting hot, obviously because of the weather, but a fan would have been helpful in lieu of any air conditioning. The bathroom window was rather exposing when in the shower - the privacy filter didn't cover enough of the window!"

"Stains on the bathroom floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, patchy wifi, the tv didn’t connect to channels. When we arrived we had just missed the restaurant and we couldn’t order room service to get any food. After a 10hr drive we had to go back out and look for food we checked online before getting there and nowhere did it show times for restaurant/food maybe you should.
