"Loved the place. Needs some deep cleaning since everything is white you can see all the stains. But everything else is clean. The staff is nice, good food, nice drinks, fun family activities. The guys who want to sell the membership can really harass you even after saying no. That is the only thing that I can really complain about. Everything else was amazing."

"Hotel is clean and well maintained. The shows they provied for entertainment is one of the best ive seen. Their is plenty of food options( I recomend mexican night). The stage they have and entertainment they provide is wonderful. The staff is friendly, anyone who passes you greets you. If you get a room at the far right entrance you have to wait for the trans to take you, but be mindful that they say the trans starts service at 7 and they dont. Just in case you have to rush for a tour in the morning. I think they did not expect to have alot of tourist and they were under staffed. The waiters at the restaurants took along time to attend to us and never came back for more drinks. Overall its a good experiance ,"

"We had a lovely stay at el Dorado Seaside Palms, everyone was very pleasant and always eager to help make our stay great. We absolutely loved the Mexican independence night show it was great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation."
