Located at lake level, after coming down two flights of stairs, you enter directly on a large porch with endless views of Cayuga Lake. As you enter, the natural light continues through four large windows that spill into an open floorplan. The first floor has a cozy living room furnished with a sectional couch, gas stove, and Samsung smart TV. The living Room naturally flows into an open kitchen and dining room with a large vaulted ceiling.

The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining friends and family alike. In the kitchen you'll find a brand-new GE range, large countertop and fully stocked cupboards with brand new cooking, baking and drink ware.

Completing the lake level space, you'll find a private bedroom with a queen bed and a recently renovated bathroom with bright tile and a spa shower.

Upstairs, a furnished loft with farmhouse style queen and twin beds and a shiplap privacy barrier with functional and style benefits.

Outside, you will be comfortable with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on elegant outdoor furniture. Additionally, there are other seating areas on the 100 feet of lakeshore; even on the platform dock sitting above the lake.

While you may find it hard to leave the water, this home will be a great hub for your visit to the Finger Lakes. Award winning wineries are nearby with Sheldrake Point Winery walkable, Hosmer Winery, Thirsty Owl and Myer Farm Distillers are all within 5 minutes.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
