"Beautifully kept grounds. The Glamping tent was a perfect balance of camping with the “luxuries “ of staying in a hotel room like a/c , a bath tub and tv although it was only a couple if channels and the wifi was spotty at best. But you are camping in between mountains after all! Staff is helpful and friendly even though we had a problem connecting through the expedia platform they were very accommodating. My tent room was clean and well stocked with coffee, tea, cream and sugar as well as a room spray, soap and insect repellent. Animals are a very nice experience , especially for the younger ones. Lots of activities or spots to relax at. Minutes to the Cango Caves and other local attractions and activities. Would recommend!"

"We had a fantastic stay at De Bergkant in late July. The setting and surrounding view was stunning. We were greeted by Tracey who was manager and head chef. She could not have been more helpful. She provided recommendations on things to do in Prince Albert and places to eat, even made our dinner reservations for us. The rooms and the grounds were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast. Tracey prepared a varied 5 course breakfast each morning that could only be described as incredible. Most ingredients were locally sourced and everything was absolutely delicious. Prince Albert itself had a lot to offer and was well worth the trip. To anyone planning a trip to the area I highly recommend including a stay at De Bergkant."

"Andre is a phenomenal manager, and Mooiplaas is our favourite place to stay in Oudtshoorn. All staff are helpful, kind and caring, brilliantly clean and beautiful rooms, highly recommended. Be sure to engage the astrologer Ben if the night sky is clear! Amazing, 5 stars! The Barkers will be back :)"

"From the welcome we received to the farewell the level of personal service we received from the owners Albert and Elsa were unparalleled. Very tastefully decorated, spotless and in a beautiful location overlooking the river. We only stayed one night but will definitely return and stay longer. Loved our stay."

"Wish we could’ve stayed longer! A unique experience staying in a converted shepherds hut, now the honeymoon suite- beautifully converted with plunge pool & the most stunning 360 degree views- also from the shower! So peaceful & tranquil,The owners of Le Petit Karoo really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Beautiful dinner. Amazing value for money & would 100% recommend.
