"The hotel is in an amazing old building in a really nice town. The staff are friendly, and the lobby and restaurant and modern and clean. That's where the positives end. The stairwell and rooms are more like a youth hostel, basic and in need of a serious upgrade. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are awful! Breakfast is very basic, and needs more attention as for most of the time trays were empty and people were waiting around for them to be topped up. The parking areas is small, so...

Au départ, réservation faite à l'Hôtel Jerom Kalmthout, mais un souci avec le logiciel de réservation a fait que la direction nous a proposé un autre hébergement, à 18 minutes de là. L'autre hôtel était impeccable. Le petit déjeuner buffet également. Propreté impeccable. Personnel chaleureux. Entière satisfaction."

"Our room was a little on the small side but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good. I did think it was a little pricy for what we got but at least the paring was free. The area around is lovely but there's not a lot of restaurants and the ones there close early (20:30). This is a 7/10 for me."

"Ok for one night. Room needs a bit of care (never a fan of two single beds together), full of cobwebs on the walls. Spacious."
