"We chose this hotel because we needed parking and they advertised free parking. When we get there, we can't find a spot. There are only maybe 10 spots available. The receptionist tells us there is paid parking underground. The whole point of choosing this hotel was because it offered free parking. We then ask her if we can park on the street over night and she says yes. Why didn't she offer that when I said "what should we do if there is no free parking?" She was not friendly or helpful."

"Very nice hotel (decent size rooms) with great customer service.Big restaurant with gourmet food and amazing breakfast! The only complain is that the AC was not working properly but hey at least they had AC!!"

"Nice hotel which a great view. Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy. The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited). Also, the bar wasn’t open. In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area."

"The only negative experience was our check in as the young lady that helped us was the most rude experience we had in our 10 days in Europe. Everyone else at the resort was delightful. Just unfortunate to have this be the first person we interacted with after traveling all day and finishing our trip at this resort to relax and rejuvenate. Otherwise, an amazing experience"

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The vibe was modern and welcoming. The breakfast was always fresh and had a lot of variety. The beds were comfortable and the heated bathroom floors were a major plus. I would stay here again :) "
