You are warmly welcomed in our lovingly and maritime furnished water pearl apartment. You live centrally in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. A bakery, shops and restaurants are nearby. The fine sandy beach and the pier can be reached in just a few minutes. With 66 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for 2 people. The bright and cozy living area is extended by the open kitchen with dining area in a modern country style. The floor-to-ceiling window leads to the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun all day. Lounge furniture is there for you to relax and unwind. The bedroom faces north so that it does not heat up during the day and thus ensures a restful sleep. The opaque curtains make it possible to sleep well. An infra-red sauna is available in the bathroom for cooler days. Or you can enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace ... We look forward to seeing you.
