Both Cristina and her daughter are both warm and lovely which just added to the experience! The house is in a quiet area with a gorgeous pool and plenty of room for all 7 of us! The home was immaculate with every detail planned out. It provided a quiet sanctuary for family time during an amazing three day wedding celebration at a local resort. "Beautiful hotel. Pristine inside and out. Staff pleasant to deal with and can easily be contacted via WhatsApp during out of hours. Superior Room big enough for two children and two adults. Quality, solid furniture and a gorgeously fitted kitchen with integrated dish washer and induction hob made it a pleasure to cook during the downtime after exploring. Outdoor terrace is a great bonus to watch the sun set. Reserved parking bays for your rental car in a secured parking lot that’s gated after midnight. Location is quiet, and a great central place if you’re coming from Bergamo airport to visit Lake Garda, Lake Iseo etc. I can’t fault anything during our time there, it was honestly perfect. I don’t understand the lack of reviews for this hotel. Like the city it’s based, a hidden gem that deserves way more recognition than it currently gets. I’ll definitely be back again. "

"We felt mislead by the pictures on Expedia. It looked amazing and it said it was a 4 star resort. It was neither. We literally looked for other hotels to move to in the middle of the night because they had a pool party that was so noisy. The room was absolutely horrendous. The suite had two levels. The living floor’s ac did not work and they could not fix it. The lower level felt like a dungeon. The only positive is that the front desk people (we dealt with two) were nice and tried their best. It felt like they were alone in there. We did not see any other staff at all. Overall, We had a horrible experience there and we absolutely feel mislead and robbed of our money. "
