There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. "They took 2 hours for check in. I have paid the booking money from online..But they said me that they didn't receive my money. So, they asked me to pay also in cash otherwise I have to leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Finally Expedia solved this issue. But I didn’t like their tone. Also they didn’t provide breakfast, towels, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste. :( "

I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no tea or coffee either in the room or at breakfast. I honestly have no idea how this property got listed on Expedia. After speaking to the “virtual manager,” I left after just one night, but I was still charged for two nights. I’ve spoken to Expedia customer support three times since midnight, but there’s still been no resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."
