We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The room is very basic. There is no tea or coffee in the room, you will have to pay for it at the lobby. The location has quite many eateries just a short walk from the hotel, and about 15 minutes walk to the train station.
From the airport you can get to the hotel via a train ride and two stops of tram ride.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a quiet room with a view. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, although busy and just one working coffee machine. We would happily here again if visiting Oslo
We enjoyed this hotel! Nice breakfast buffet, clean room, and friendly staff. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Oslo.

The room itself was spotless and comfortable. The hallways, however, looked tired, with heavily stained carpeting.

Very comfortable bed. Tiny shower but that's how they are in Europe. Water was always warm so not complaining. Room had an AC and a fan so bery comfortable
Just outside of downtown Oslo made it convenient to go in any direction and find something to do or eat. It had a tram stop right next to it making transport very simple
The room was very clean, easy acces to town, tram station in front, car parking in front of the hotel or just around corner for 420kr a day. B-fast very good, overall a very good experience
Ok place to stay, nothing fancy and a bit cramped. A longish walk from train station and the downtown sites. Room rather warm and windows open only a small amount. But quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Good breakfast buffet.
We stayed in double room for 2 nights. Great and comfortable stay, very comfi beds and rooms were equipped with all basic necessities. Bathrooms are clean and if good size.
Breakfast was ample and contains both hot and cold choices. Tea and coffee machines are there. Different type of juices, cereals, and yoghurt with choice of nuts. For kids bakery items and pancake with toppings with chocolate milk available.
Distance from Oslo central station is approx 15-20 minutes walk or 2 tram stops. Tram takes 3 minutes and stop is right in front of hotel.
Overall great stay

The breakfast was great, fresh food. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The only thing that we didn’t like was how small the room was and bathroom was very tiny and the shower made a huge puddle. The bathroom also had a weird smell. The room just wasn’t comfortable, especially for the price we paid.
Frustrating not to be able to pay for the hotel when booking as due to the exchange rate I paid £25 more for my booking at the hotel than quoted when I originally booked it. No fridge or safe in the room and the bathroom is more of a wet room than bathroom. Having said that the room was a good size with a good view and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. A busy area so there was noise outside until quite late in the evening. Tram stop is right outside which is good for transport.
Not that clean room, staff was not very helpful. And housekeeping- there should be 2 hand towels and only 1 was there and no floor mat was in the room. No locker in the room. was not happy with the room.

A mixed stay to be honest. The bed and room is nice, but then the window framing didn’t fit and was roughly constructed. The bathroom was fine but then just a single unlabelled mystery pump dispenser in shower. The staff were helpful and nice (shout out to those supporting breakfast), and the location was handy for trams (using Oslo pass). But you could hear the trams rubbling past the hotel even on higher floors. There’s good eating options a stroll up the road, but again you could hear bar music at night. A mixed stay but noting that the breakfast was great, lots of choices, and although busy was always fresh.
I stayed three nights in August 26. I wasn't sure what to expect at such a budget price compared to other Oslo hotels but it was actually fine, better than I was expecting. My room was a good size and equipped with a desk, two chairs and an occasional table, ensuite was fine although only one hand towel and one bath towel. The included breakfast has all the usual things and was a nice amenity. There is no AC in the room but I could open up a window quite widely to let air in at night. There was no kettle or coffeemaker, no fridge. There was a TV with several channels - it was supposed to have a Cast function so you can watch your own devices but it wouldn't work for me . The location is very convenient with a tram stop right outside the hotel to easily go into the centre, but you can also walk from the train station without much trouble. It's quite a big hotel but it was pretty quiet in my room at night. I did have an issue with my room not being cleaned. When you check in, they ask if you want daily cleaning. I asked for my room to be cleaned after two nights. On that day, I also hung the 'Clean my Room' sign on my door as an extra reminder. When I popped back at lunch briefly, housekeeping was cleaning the rooms immediately adjacent to mine, so they must have seen the sign. However when I returned in late afternoon, my room had not been cleaned so I had no clean or dry towels and my rubbish was still full. I had to get towels from reception, who changed the bin.
