"Great Staff and accommodations overall. Love the recent renovations. Outside room hallways could use some attention. Mold on walls and leaky ceilings. Had to Wally through slimy puddles of water to get to our room. Will revisit again."

"Older property most likely in process of remodeling but with only me as their customer I don’t see it happening fast. Price of room seem to reflect those of higher resorts but lacked the modernization. Very quiet and no real complaints price could have reflected resorts age. "

"Good- A/c worked Bad- hole in the ceiling leaking water above sink. Toilet not able to flush. Bugs on one bed. No comforter on bed. No checkout receipt sent 7days after. Front desk number never answers."

"Great location and staff were wonderful. Loved the Toto!!"

"This is a well maintained hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing! They make omelets to order. The fresh fruit was delicious. The happy hour snacks and drinks are a nice treat! It is located close to Disney and Sea World. We highly recommend this hotel. The suites are spacious and comfortable."

"The hotel is new. Very nice. The staff DID NOT communicate you have to pay for parking. There are signs, but we arrived at night. Staff could have easily have may a comment or mention the parking fees."

"Great hotel, very clean very spacious"

"I loved it humble and historical but all my family need to have a great weekend away from home."

"Our stay here was very pleasant. We did not want to leave. Our room and the large living room were very comfortable. There is no control of the AC but it was definitely cool. The pool was great to use on those hot days. They have paid attention to all the little details. This home is set in a quiet reseidential neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake. Perfect little get away. We will be coming back!"

"Great location, and the breakfast in the morning is wonderful."

"Similar to a budget motel. Room was very small. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. No shampoo or conditioner. No coffee maker or tea. It was fine for the price. I got a deal."

"Friendly front desk, clean room, comfy bed, fair price."

"excellent, clean, staff helpfull, very good value"
