I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long."

Pro-tip: skip the expensive hotel breakfast and walk to the corner. There's a shop within spitting distance that sells the city's best bai sach chrouk (grilled pork on rice), which matches perfectly with the sweet iced coffee. And in the evenings, they sell beef skewers and baguettes. Some of the best food in the Penh."
