"The experience was excellent!! If I return to Gdańsk, I would definitely stay there again. The service was outstanding—both receptionists who assisted us were very kind. I loved the room; everything was very clean, and I really appreciated the daily housekeeping service. Everything felt modern, there was good parking, and even a supermarket conveniently nearby!!!! "Brand new hotel, extremely well prepared, immaculately decorated and equipped. Staff outstandingly courteous and helpful. Location fine, just a five minute walk from old city centre. If I am to be picky, water machine would be better placed mid corridor not at one end and we would prefer 2 chairs in room rather than 2 stools. We would definitely rate it excellent and will stay again"

"Excellent stay; all staff were welcoming and friendly. Only eleven minute walk to the Old Town Square. Lots of choice at breakfast but if you're stuck, there's freshly cooked omelettes with fillings of your choice. Would definitely use this hotel again."

"The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."

"Old owners that weren't taking care of the place left and the new owners are doing a great job renovating and cleaning the place up to much higher standards. If there was anything that we needed we just asked and our needs were met instantly. Even though it's an older place,it's well taken care of and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Big balcony attached. "

"Amazing hotel, bit out from the centre but lovely and quiet. Very pleasant staff and an amazing breakfast. The bed was so comfy and the room very clean indeed. Tram into town 5 mins walk away and a small supermarket within easy walking distance. "

"Area nice, bit disappointed with flat, toaster,kettle did not work. I emailed company expecting them to deliver new ones, but all i got was we will note that down. Unsure how its for 4 people with only one glass, and only 2 chairs, 3 forks, 4 spoon. Towels for only 3 guests very odd. I love the fact it states people live here please respect! yet cleaners are so loud on a morning. All in all place was not as advertised. They need to spend some money updating place."

"Small studio but had everything we needed. You do need to bring your own shampoo, etc and room was never serviced. Communication with elite apartment staff was excellent and they were helpful. CheapTickets had the wrong contact number which caused huge problems at check in and they were of little help there."

"Ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt,in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man bekommt eine Glaskaraffe und kann sich Wasser aus dem Wasserspender nehmen."
