"Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."
"The property is located a walking distance of the Uçhisar Castle.
Furthermore, you can get up early in the morning to watch the balloons pass by, it is a unforgettable experience.
The staff is amazing specially Eylem; she is very helpful and caring.

They also helped me order a bday cake and coordinated it to be celebrated at the Turkish dinner show--all in last minute request. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good!
