Absolutely beautiful DIRECT OCEANFRONT HOME located on a pristine stretch of sandy beach. Cruise down the World's Most Famous A1A scenic highway in the quaint upscale town of Ormond Beach, Florida. The Elegant Coastal atmosphere of the HOME BY the SEA draws you in from the moment you arrive. You can view miles of traffic free beach and breaking surf from the all the rooms in the Home. Feel at home with large screen televisions, FREE WIFI with high speed access to the internet. The Master Bedroom features a Leesa Sleep System King size bed makes for a heavenly nights sleep. The En Suite amenities include a King Size Pillowtop Bed, 45" Flat Panel Streaming TV, a private bathroom and private path to the beach and ocean. The beachfront venue take your senses on an unforgettable journey where the possibilities are endless and the experience is priceless and memorable.

This Home is fully furnished including towels, linens, dishes, pots & pans, beach chairs, umbrellas & toys for the kids. It has been impeccably maintained and pride of ownership shows.

The Property is located on a Private street designated for Guests & or Owners only. There is ample parking in the garage & driveway.

Publix, The House of Doughnuts (Coffee & Pastry cafe), Stavros & Lennys Pizza Houses & Modern Grocery & Liqour Store are all with in a short walk from our house.

The Home is conveniently located with easy access to I-95 and I-4 as well as four international airports including Daytona Beach (20 Minutes), Sanford (1 hour), Orlando (1 hour) and Jacksonville (1 1/2 hours). The Daytona Beach area is home to numerous exciting and educational attractions including Daytona International Speedway, Daytona 1, Tanger Outlets, Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Deep Sea Fishing and an array of water sports including surfing, kayaking, kite boarding and scuba diving. It is less than a 2 hour drive to all Orlando area attractions including Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. America's oldest city - St Augustine - is just 1 hour away.

If you are fortunate enough to rent this Home, I know you'll love it as much as we do and you'll consider it your home away from home, just as we do. Everyone who has rented this Home, makes reservations for a future stay before they leave. Some of the guest comments are very heart warming.

The house is in a perfect location. It is close to Publix and other shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the waves. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms had plenty of space to unpack and enjoy.

Preacful beach

This is our 7th time at our Home by the Sea. It is our happy place. The beach is quiet and some days we had it all to ourselves. There are chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and wake boards in the garage. We love using the outdoor shower. We do bring a shower curtain on an expansion rod for the door. There is a new card table and chairs. We used them every evening. Such a nice addition. The view of the sunrise is amazing. You can watch it right from the living room. The owner and the caretaker are awesome to work with. If we had a question they are quick with a reply. The outside took a little damage from the storms last summer. You can tell they have been working hard to bring it back to shape. There is a new fence. New patio stones by the side of the garage and new retaining wall for the dunes. The only thing still showing damage was the mangled dune fences but they are working on that. The beds are a mix. The back suite is a soft pillow top. The front master is a Leesa memory foam. I would say it’s med/firm. The third bedroom is 2 twin beds that can be made into a king. They are firm. The daybed in the living area is soft foam and very comfy. There is new furniture that is very comfortable. The house is very well stocked…you might need to restock Plastic wrap, bags and foil. Utensils are hidden in a lower cabinet standing in a container. Again, this is a beautiful home directly on the beach. We feel so blessed to be able to enjoy our time there. Thank you for hosting

Host has pictures of patio door open, however upon arrival the host requires the patio door and all windows to be closed. So drifting off to sleep listening to the waves, at an oceanfront property is not allowed. WHAT???

We hope to be back!

We want to say thank you to Peggy and Russie and Skip for being so lovely and hosting our family of 6 (two adults and four children in a wide age range). This was really well equipped and a lot of extras I would not have expected but really appreciated. The location could not be beat and it made it easy for us to have a lot of family beach time, and for anyone to take a break from the sun back at the house when needed, too. A Gem in Ormond Beach, And a Fantastic Time!

We had gone back and forth between renting a condo and renting a beachfront property, and when we found this place, we were sold. It is an absolute gem; the yard with the chairs that overlook the beach/ocean and how close we were to the beach were fantastic. The house is very nice and cleanly, and we had 5 adults and 1 child with us, and the house was spacious enough for all of us. The owner is super friendly and checks in occasionally, but also provides you with upcoming things like a shuttle/rocket launch, which was a nice touch. Everything was perfect; my parents and little sister came down from NY to visit with me and my family, and we just had a really wonderful time from start to finish. Don't let this rental pass you by!
