Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). My stay was wonderful. I took my Grandson, Great Nephew and Daughter for a "back to school" weekender. The condo was in excellent condition with a welcoming "spirit". The proximity to the beach was AMAZING, as well as the beach.The complex was very spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.I am planning a visit for late August, right now!!!

Summer vacation

It’s was great. The view is beautiful the weather was great. This is the 4th year I have stayed at Seawinds . My family and I love it.

Disappointed

While the location is great, the condo unit is likely the dirtiest place we have stayed. There was black mold/mildew on every faucet and the master shower head (kitchen faucet was covered in it - must not have been cleaned in months). Even the master shower had black mold/mildew in much of the grout and on the tiles. The property manager (Vacasa) offered to send a housekeeper but we were on vacation - who wants a maid to come over while you are on a short beach stay! I had already cleaned the faucets and the spare bathroom shower was clean. Both bathroom sinks drained so slow that if you weren't careful, they would overflow. Again, they offered to send a plumber but we weren't willing to have someone come work on the place during our short stay. Shoes/socks indoors are also a must as the floors were so dirty. If housekeepers cleaned between guests, how is it possible these things were not noticed? Note also there are no kitchen towels, no bath mats, no hot water in master bath sink. Beds were okay, but the sheets were the thinnest we've ever seen. Bath towels provided were fine. The pool area is fine and parking was very easy, and Publix is practically across the street. All in all, we would not stay there again - and we visit Ormond Beach frequently.

Great stay in Ormond Beach!

Our stay overall was great. The home was nice and cozy and just right for the three of us. It was really clean and provided everything we needed as far as essentials. It wasn't too far from all the things that we wanted to do. Being an alumnus of BCU, the location allowed us to enjoy homecoming.

Great little getaway

I wish our stay had been longer! This place is perfect. Awesome view from the balcony, the sunrise was awesome to watch with a cup of coffee. Great location, clean, comfy beds and living space. The recliner is amazing! Lots of room and a full kitchen. We didnt use it much since our stay was just for an extended weekend, but it seemed to have everything one needs. The parking situation was a little unclear, at check-in, it seemed we needed a parking pass but we didn't have one. It didn't seem urgent to anyone as we never received one, but our car was fine parked the duration of our trip. We also didn't visit during peak season so maybe it matters most when it's spring and summertime. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Ormond Beach. We will gladly book again when we find ourselves back in Ormond.

Perfect for family vacation

The condo was private and peaceful. The room was stocked with everything you would need at any time, even a washer and dryer which is 100% needed with a family! Being on the 2nd floor, it was easily accessible from the parking lot, pool, or beach. No elevator wait times. Overall perfect stay. We will be back!!!

A Great Stay!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Check-in was very easy with the lobby access code provided and condo door keypad entry. No need to worry about keys which was convenient! They notified us the day-of that early check in was available which was great! Condo was very clean upon arrival, on site parking was simple and no hassle, amenities were great including washer and dryer, balcony with beautiful ocean view, swimming pool and beach access. A grocery store and shopping is within walking distance. Overall, an excellent experience and a great stay!

Beautiful views. nice accommodations. Confusing parking instructions with no parking pass provided. Calling for information did not really help so we wrote out a note and put it on our dashboard.

Everything you'll need

This condo is perfect for our group. We were steps from the beach, just 8 minutes from all the amazing resturants. The condo came fully stocked with pots and pans, linens, extra necessities if needed (shampoo, lotion, etc) Extremely quick to answer any text messages! Would 10/10 rent again

Not happy with check in

We didn't have a parking pass for both vehicle's and there were no key fobes per the laminated note at the condo. Also the garage door didn't work. Other than the check in process the condo was beautiful and the view gorgeous.

Clean in a great location. Difficult to contact.

Property was awesome. Vacasa does not answer phone or return text if you have issues. I had to go through VRBO to speak to anyone.

My Grand daughter's birthday

Beautiful view! Really bad mildew in washing machine, broken washing machine. Not enough towels and unable to wash them. 4 bath towels for four people for 4 days and 3 nights is not adequate as I was told it was.

Our stay was amazing. The location of the condo was perfect and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The check in and out process was easy. We will be coming back to this area next year and hope to stay in this condo again, if available.

Never rehearsed nt this place!!

We arrived for check in. We walked into to find the condo still dirty from last renter. dirty sheets balled up on bed, dirty towels on floor, dirt wash rags hanging in shower with used soap. Trash full, counters filthy with food, food in fridge, stove was dirty, smelled awful and no cleaning supplies etc. Then the batteries in the tv remotes etc were dead so could not use the Tv. We cleaned then cleaners showed up two hours after check in. They made beds half of pillow had no pillow cases. did not leave enough towels, one wash cloth for 4 people and they had no batteries. Also the parking permits were not there to put in our cars. We called Vacasa the management never fixed issues
