THE SPACE
Newly remodeled light and airy 3rd floor condo. Quiet and private this condo sleeps up to 6. New floors and appliances, remodeled kitchen area and all new furniture! You will love our open-plan space with comfortable seating, Smart TVs. Comfortable dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Just off the living area is a private patio where you can plan your day while you enjoy coffee in the warm Florida sunshine.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a pillow-top king mattress with en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen bed with pillow-top mattresses and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds with pillow-top mattresses. All bedrooms have smart flat-screen TVs. The guest bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination.

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
