Stunning 3 bed 2 bath villa with excellent, private pool and spa. Wonderful outdoor area with large table seating 6 in covered lanai with 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool. Or relax all day in the sun on the sun loungers and recharge the batteries before heading back to the theme parks. Child safety fence around pool deck to keep the little ones safe. Dip in the pool to cool off, then relax in the spa under the stars in the evenings. BBQ can be hired for an extra charge per stay. Suits smaller families, couples, golfers, on golf community with large communal pool, tennis courts and play area. Close to local shops and restaurants. Huge king bed in master bedroom with ensuite having garden bath, large shower, his and hers sinks and toilet, hair drier and straighteners, large wardrobe and patio doors to pool deck, queen bed in 2nd bedroom, large wardrobe, twin beds in 3rd bedroom, with large wardrobe containing cot for baby, bedding,play pen and other baby items, shared bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3 having bath with shower over, sink and toilet. My family of five just spent 7 nights at the villa. The villa accommodated us well and has everything to be comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The pool area was so nice to relax in and eat outside. The garage with pool and hockey table were a huge bonus. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to Disney parks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa!

Fantastic stay in Villa. We have stayed in highland reserve before so knew the area which is in a great location for all the parks and has everything within a very short drive. The villa itself was excellent, couldn’t fault anything and dealing with Sue was very easy and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent stay 10/10.

This property was everything we could want for our final week in Florida. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and the villa felt like being at home. Communication with the owner was second to none along with the villa manager who doesn't hesitate to help. I would definitely stay here if we were lucky enough to visit Florida again.

We were looking for a month of rest and relaxation, but needed somewhere our 2 boys could stay entertained. This was the answer!!! The villa had everything we needed! The pool was awesome! Location excellent! Everything as listed! Sue answered all my questions and gave suggestions for things in the area! So easy to work with. Tom was quick to take care of a repair that was needed. We would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed staying at your lovely property. The pool & lanai is where we spent most of our time. Eating our meals under the stars was great. We even saw a space launch right in the backyard. Your place was a great respite during these trying times.

We had an absolute great time at 443 Troon Circle! This 3-bedroom, fully equipped home had everything we needed and our kids LOVED spending time in the heated pool and hot tub! The game room was an added luxury that the kids enjoyed and we felt at home from the minute we walked in! Thanks so David and Sue for providing this place for us and we forward to returning very soon!

Spent a week both wife and I working remotely while kids used pool and hung out. Nice area close to parks and nice safe quiet development. Had some issues with air conditioner and pool/hot tub but fixed quickly by maintenance. Definitely stay here again.

We came from the Midwest to escape the Winter and enjoy some Florida sunshine with my kids and my grandbaby. We went to Disney and Universal studios and we loved coming back to this house with the hot tub and the pool. The owners were amazing and easy to reach and the house was fully stocked with everything that we needed. It was really hard to leave to come back to the cold Midwest. Thanks for a great week!

Thank you for the great stay. Overall, the home is in great shape and is well stocked (it had everything we needed for our family of four) to make our vacation go off without a hitch. The location is nice, away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, but close enough that the drive is manageable. Disney is about a 20 minute drive and Universal is 30 minutes. There is also a grocery store 1.5 miles away, which was nice. If you are considering this property, look no further!

This is a great home. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. There was no BBQ as listed in the add, and we received warnings that our trailer we had parked in the driveway would be towed. We asked before arriving if it would be ok and were told it was. Simply a misunderstanding all around I think. A local resident told us not to worry about it.

We stayed here for a convention at the Omni resort. It was pretty close and easy to get to. No traffic and easier then staying in Orlando. House is close to grocery's and ok resteraunts. Owner and management were very responsive and easy to work with. Beds are just ok but that of course is personal preference. Sheets and bedding super soft and couches comfortable. I will say that stuff as far as tp, paper towels ect it not stocked so plan on bringing your own. We would stay here again!

Communication with Sue the owner was superb prior to check in. Upon arrival the check in was flawless and we opened the door to a beautiful and very clean villa. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable.The outdoor pool and spa area was very nice and was heated to a perfect temperature. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool! The neighborhood is very quiet and the Highlands Reserve complex is so nice for our daily walks. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa and we look forward to being able to stay again in the future.

We rented this villa and love the area! There is plenty of shopping nearby although the traffic getting to the outlets and the parks was quite heavy at times. That is something you can avoid though as we learned if you just adjust your time a little. We had pool heat as it was November so we could thoroughly enjoy the pool. Sue was wonderful to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.
