Guests of Disneystays townhome are offered all the amenities and comforts of your own home during their stays at Windsor Palms and so much more. This townhouse is located within a private gated community with a 24-hour guard on duty.

Guests experience touches of luxury in this elegantly furnished, attractively decorated townhome. After your fantastic stay at Windsor Palms, you'll take back countless wonderful memories from visits to all the theme parks, Wide World of Sports, Universal Studios, and Disney Springs, plus peaceful resort life, and great times with travel partners.

This DisneyStays townhome sleeps 6 comfortably; the master bedroom and its ensuite/bathroom have a king size bed and a garden style bathtub (upstairs); the second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining full-size bathroom (downstairs), and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining full bathroom (upstairs). Each bedroom has its own ensuite/bathroom and cable TV. The screened/walk-out pool is a real relaxing treat after spending a grand time at all nearby Florida/Orlanda attractions.

DisneyStays is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable with all the comforts of home and includes a local contact to assist you with any needs, questions, or concerns during your stay.

If you are traveling with toddlers, DisneyStays townhouse is equipped with a crib, a pack and play, and a stroller. The living room/lounge area features cable/streaming/smart television, TVs/stereo, and DVD player. Complimentary wireless internet is also provided for all guests. You will be supplied with all common appliances, dishes, towels, etc. -- same items you rely on at your current home.

The townhome is just 2 blocks from the Windsor Palms Resort clubhouse where the whole family can relax and enjoy the Olympic size pool, visit the game room, exercise at the fitness center, or catch a show at the movie theatre. The Windsor Palms estate offers tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, and child friendly playgrounds.

Best Snowbird Stay!

Our winter stay at Windsor Palms was great! The townhouse was everything we needed and more. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Chris and Marlene were the most gracious hosts. Location was ideal for getting to the Parks and surrounding areas.

Perfect for our visit

I recently stayed at this 3-bed villa in Kissimmee with my two sons (12 and 16). The place suited our needs perfectly. Having our own plunge pool was great, and the kids enjoyed the community facilities like the tennis courts, main pool, arcade and cinema. The community itself is beautifully landscaped and secure. No issues getting in and out. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals, and the washer/dryer came in handy. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It felt homey. Chris and Marlene even left out some washing detergent and coffee for the morning. Chris and Marlene were responsive hosts, which made the whole process easy. Overall, it was a great base for our family vacation.

This was perfect for our family. This unit had everything you could possibly think you might need. Owners are attentive and easy to communicate with. Pool and property were exactly as shown. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to others!

Perfect

The property was clean and tidy. The owners were great with communication and willing to work with us when our flight got cancelled. The check in process was quick and easy. We didn’t use the pool in the backyard, but we used the clubhouse pool a lot. Loved that it was a gated community and we felt safe in the home. Would 100% stay here our next Florida vacation.

This house was as advertised. It met our needs and was in a quiet area. It was clean and comfortable. The property owners were willing to answer any of my questions and were quick to respond. This house was close to the attractions and the clubhouse was nice after a long day of exploring.

Perfect Getaway

The property was great. It was clean, quiet, close to all of the places I wanted to visit. Loved the back patio that had sunshine from late morning til night. The bedrooms were comfortable and very workable and the kitchen and living areas were great. The resort is also great, a wonderful place to walk and run, and it was close to Celebration, where I like to visit. Would love to come back and stay at this property again.

This place was very nice. We were in town for a cheerleading tournament. The swimming pool was heated and the girls loved it. The owner stopped by and make sure everything was great.

Almost perfect

Our time spent in this location was fine. The house overall was fine, the response to requests were great and it’s location was perfect. There’s a few things that may need a close attention. There are stains on the walls and carpets; the pool blinds cannot open or close and close (a few of the lines missing). Other then those we enjoyed our stay

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse! The location was perfect, close to publix, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants. The primary bed was extremely comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Chris and Marlene were fantastic hosts and super responsive to any questions we had or needs. I will definitely stay here again!

The property location is perfect. Love the clubhouse area!!

The condo itself could use some work. None of the drains in the master bath work it was disgusting. The masterbath was not cleaned and very slippery. The bathrooms/kitchen were not stocked for 8 people staying 7 days. We stayed in the same complex in Sept 2021, and loved it. Not this condo though, but the same layout. The price outweighed the accomodations. Truly disappointed in the quality and will not stay there again unless updates and repairs are made. Suzette D

Great stay

Place is clean and well maintained. We did have a situation with the pool heat but the owners gave us a refund and got it fixed as soon as possible. Overall a nice family vacation home.
