Woman at the desk was exceptionally rude/short to me and the person in front of me. They advertise a shuttle service, but good luck trying to use it. I waited (no exaggeration) for 90 minutes at Terminal A and shuttle never showed up. I did see the shuttles from the surrounding decent hotels cycle through many times. Finally, one of the other hotel shuttles felt sorry for me and gave me a ride. The hotel itself was very dated and in need of maintenance. Do NOT recommend, especially if you want to feel safe and most especially if you need shuttle service.
Finally, when I called for the shuttle and the woman at the desk was very hard to understand, I politely said "I'm sorry, but I didn't understand what you meant by that" as politely as I could. She started screaming at me "84, 84, 84, shuttle is on the way." Then she hung up on me. I realized she meant go to "A4" where hotel shuttles pick up. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that. I called Wyndham customer support to help me and they called her (twice). Still, no shuttle. The agent warned me to be careful going into the hotel and call tomorrow to make a complaint, for fear of retaliation. He didn't want to elaborate. I get the picture.... Hope this saves somebody a terrible experience with a terrible hotel and desk agent.
