Frustrating TV Setup – Not Guest-Friendly
The resort provides TVs in each room, but the experience was very disappointing. The TVs do not have any built-in apps like Netflix or YouTube, and screen sharing is extremely limited. The only casting option available was for Windows laptops, which isn’t practical for most guests who use iPhones, iPads, or Android devices.
Even worse, all the TVs have the same name, so when you try to connect, it’s impossible to tell which TV you’re actually controlling. If you have TVs in different rooms (like we did), it creates a huge mess—devices randomly connect to the wrong one or not at all.
In 2025, this setup is far from what guests expect. With no streaming options and poor connectivity, having 3 TVs felt useless. We’re not fans of traditional cable, so this was a real disappointment.
The resort really needs to upgrade or at least provide better casting support and unique TV identifiers per room.
