Adults may not sleep on the top bunks and to fit 15, 2 people must sleep in the full bottom bunk, which sometimes works for kids or small adults. Wonderful house and location

Family Christmas vacation

Great house, neighborhood and location. The security was excellent as well. The host had great communication and helped me with a last minute request. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for adults and children. Very helpful and convenient to use their pack and play and stroller since we were traveling. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing property!

We had an AMAZING time staying here! The host was wonderful and very prompt with responses. The house is beautiful and great for a large family. The extra pool towels provided was also very helpful. Short drive to Disney, Discovery Cove and The Crayola Experience. 10/10 would stay here or any properties owned by this host again! Thank you for a wonderful place for our multi-family vacation!

Great location and amenities

Property was clean and well decorated. Owners were very responsive. Close to many restaurants and shops and only 10-20 minutes from all Disney parks. Resort had plenty of nice amenities and is very secure.

Perfect family vacation

We loved the pool, hot tub, stocked kitchen including childrens items, high chair, pack & play, movie room for the kids, and plenty of towels. The location was great, walking distance to the resort pool/ waterpark, and a short drive to walmart, short drive to disney!

Great for our Disney trip

Clean property close to the parks. Tons of space for our group of 9. Our kids loved the pool in our spare time at the house. We will definitely consider this house again if we return to the area!

Perfect Orlando Vacation

The perfect location to everything Orlando and the perfect vacation spot. Had a TV question on Easter and had immediate response from the owner. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place for family to get together during grandkids spring break. The community has a beautiful pool, kids splash pad area and water slides. Minutes from Disney and any kind of restaurant you might want. Definitely on our families list of homes to stay in again. Thanks to owner for a wonderful experience!

Great place!

This place is great for a Disney vacation! We were there for a week. Three park days and two days we played in the pool/waterpark at Windsor Hills. Easy to get to Disney and $15 uber ride back if needed. Walmart is super close which is nice. This place is walking distance to the main pool/waterpark and Castle park is right across the street which was really nice. Property Manager was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Location is truly everything

Laura is an incredible proactive communicator and she is all about hospitality. The home was perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone, so quiet at night when time to sleep after a long fun day. And now let’s talk location. Short easy drive to the parks, Disney Springs and literally everything else anyone would need. We had just an incredible time, thank you!

Great House

This house was perfect for our family of 5. There were more than enough rooms to choose from. The house was clean and cozy. The pool was a good size. The host was very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend!

The house was very large and beautiful. Amenities available were perfect for our family and our needs. LOVED the water park and the pool/hot tub at the house was a huge bonus. Laura was friendly and easy to get ahold of. Definitely recommend them and their properties!

Family friendly

The house was perfect for our family of eleven. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, tvs and the pool and spa was wonderful. Laura was so good to respond and answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend !!!!!

Great location, neighborhood, very clean! And great for young kids!

We were very pleased with how clean and how well stocked the home was. It is very close to the Disney parks! We had a couple days off from the parks so the neighborhood water park area, pool, and playground were clutch! We loved that the house was perfectly stocked for littles—clean pack n play, baby gate, clean high chair, bed rails etc. So nice to not need to pack those items. Would recommend!

Great House

This was a very large house across the street from a park. The theater room was great for the kids. The pool was great. It goes from 3' deep to 5' deep. The host was amazing and this house has everything. I highly recommend.

Great house for a large family close to Disney World.

This was a beautiful house in a nice gated community very close to Disney. We wish that we could have spent more time enjoying the nice pool and club house pool. The house was large and clean and the bedrooms were great. They even themed one of the kids rooms with Frozen bedding for our grand daughter. Very nice. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay off Disney property.

Great vacation

We had 9 staying . 5 adults 4 chuldren. Close to disney. House was very clean and comfortably. Movie theater a plus. Remotes were a little tricky. Took a while to figure out. Decor was very nice. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. And kitchen gadgets. Plenty of towels. And a ton of pool towels. House very well stocked. My granddaughter loved her fronzen bedroom. And the boys loved rhe starwars bedroom. I would without a doubt rent again.

Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 8 kids for 5 days 4 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The house was even more spacious than the pictures show! We were also happy to see that the local Walmart was less than 2 minutes away which made for easy quick trips for last minute Disney things! The water park on site stayed open late which was the perfect way to end every evening with the kiddos. The kitchen had everything you could need/want (griddles,blenders,measuring cups,etc) and even had some staple items like seasonings,sugar, ziplocks, and more! We opted to not heat the pool and to our surprise it was still absolutely perfect temperature on hot days. Laura was in communication with us our entire stay to help with any and all needs. Do not pass this properly up, we are already planning our next visit!

Great layou and budget friendly

This home was perfect for 11 people ranging from 2-55! We found the home to be really close to everything, and set up great! Big bedrooms, great layout. Everyone loved the theater. Pool and hot tub were great, albeit cold, cuz it was really cold when we were there! We had everything we needed, and Laura was fantastic whenever we needed anything or had a quick question. Location within resort is great too. Right across from the park, and close enough to walk to the pool. My only note: The beds are firm, if that isn’t something that you can sleep on. It isn’t my preference, but were fine for me. I know some can’t sleep on firm beds so it is something to be aware of. You won’t be disappointed in this rental! A lot of great things for the price. It wasn’t extra fancy, but we weren’t looking for that. We wanted nice, great layout and price!

Perfect

I stayed here from July 27-August 8. It was an awesome location with everything near by. The house was very big and everyone had sufficient space. The pool was perfect and having a hot tub made it even better. During the day we used the resort pool and at nights we used our private pool. . It was great! The communication with Laura was amazing. Any time I had a question she was available. Just an awesome owner to deal with. The only thing I can say is that the sofas were a bit uncomfortable. I mentioned it to her and she said she will look into it. She’s just a doll. Also, I would recommended a handrail in the walk in shower upstairs. The tub is slippery and I had a fall. I’m ok, but just something that can help for future visitors. Over all, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Laura for allowing us to stay in your home.
