Great value for families

Enjoyed our time here. The house was spacious and allowed for the family to be together during our stay. The resort amenities were a big plus. My grandson loved the lazy river and water slide. Looking forward to ur next stay.

Filthy

Not ready for 4 pm check in, saying it was being cleaned. Went back at 5:30. Feces on bed in main bedroom, hair in sink, broken toilet, handrail on stairs hanging off, AC not working properly, food on floor in living room under couch, outlet broken and hanging so no outside front porch light, food on chairs in dining room, carpets filthy, living room carpet rolled back and damaged, back slide door handle broken off and fire hazard, door won't slide open to get to trash can, hand rail to go upstairs black and sticky. We went to Publix and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned. Owner would not answer me after I sent multiple pictures as proof. Prior review for poor cleanliness.There are other great places to stay.
