The Main Clubhouse Pool is closed for remodeling and will reopen on April 15th. In the meantime, guests have full access to Vista Cay’s new pool facility at the Isles/Reserve of Vista Cay. This beautiful space includes two pools, a poolside bar, a jacuzzi, a kids’ splash pad, and a fire pit.
You can find photos of the open pool area on your home’s listing page, located just after the home images.
For those staying in Vista Cay proper, a golf cart shuttle is available between the main clubhouse and the open pool. Alternatively, you can also take a ten-minute walk along the lake path or drive two minutes and park right next to the pool.

Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK-AND-PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)
