To begin with we stayed herecabout 10 years ago and it was fine.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
We checked into our room (2 adults 1 child), no safe, 1 bath towel, no wash cloths. The girl at the front desk informed us they haven't had safes in the room since they remodeled! Are you kidding me?, You should see these rooms along with the paint job in the hallways. I think the only thing they remodeled and spent money on was the lobby! The bathroom was dirty, with hair on the floor and a dusty sink vanity. The bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly! Bathroom door rotted from water damage and just painted over. Damaged toilet. The beds made a creaking noise when you moved on them and the sheets and pillows were stained! When we tried to talk to the maid service on the floor none of them spoke English and understood what you wanted. We came back from a day at Magic Kingdom 11pm, to find we had no maid service in our room. We had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels, wash cloths etc. We were informed by the girl and the front desk that maid service is only every 3 days since covid!! Seriously, covid break out was in 2020! The grounds are a disgrace, overgrown and weeds everywhere. The pool are was disgusting. The chairs had holes and very warn out. There was a blue privacy cover around the fence which was torn and worn out.
Awful experience, don't stay here...you WILL be disappointed! The only positive thing about this place is the location.
