This open plan 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers enough space and entertainment for the whole family. We have one King bedroom with En suite bathroom, walk in shower and garden tub. A Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom, walk in shower that also opens up to the pool area. Two twin bedrooms with two beds in each room and a shared bathroom with shower / tub combination.
All bedrooms have smart TV's and the family room has one large screen smart TV with plenty of seating for the entire family or if you would rather flick through a holiday magazine, read your favorite novel or just relax quietly you can choose between the second living room or head pool side.
Large pool deck with table, chairs and loungers for relaxing in the Florida sun. There are privacy bushes at the sides and back of the home and a spa to unwind and treat yourself.
If you are looking for a little more action then head to the games room to shoot some pool, try your hand at air hocky or one of the many PlayStation games that you will find.
Wi-Fi is included free of charge. Guests will find a driveway for parking. The Orange Tree community offers beautiful landscapes in a tranquil setting complete with tennis courts and an Orange field where guests can pick fruits in season.
The home is minutes from Disney Parks, as well as other famous Orlando area attractions. Shopping and dining are also nearby. Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches are approximately an hour’s drive away.

There is an additional cost for heating the pool and spa.
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted on the premises and could result in an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
