Great place to stay!

This is the perfect place to stay in Kissimmee. Not only is it super close to Disney, it is an ideal place to relax with family/friends. The resort pool and amenities are ideal. As far as the condo itself, I can't say enough good things about the unit. It was the cleanest VRBO property we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few. The kitchen has great modern appliances and all the necessary kitchen items to make prepare meals. Everything has been carefully thought out in furnishing the unit. Beds were very comfortable and the decor is fun and tasteful. The pool in the back patio was really nice to have after a long day in the parks. As far as communication, Yoana was wonderful. If I had any questions, I would receive a response within 5 minutes. I can't recommend this property enough!

Great location, amenities, community

The townhouse was perfect for our big family vacation in disney, which was only 15 mins away. Kitchen amenities were new and excellent, rooms clean and parking in front (versus condo garage) was convenient. Pool in the back wonderful for private relaxation especially when the community pool got too crowded. We loved the extra details like a Nintendo switch, coffee bar, beach towels at the door, toiletries and kid safe pool gate. Check in and gated security was a breeze. It was surprisingly quiet even with neighbors next door. The master lamp is missing a knob but we managed without it and Im sure its easily fixable. Owner was helpful and communicative. Note to guests: after punching in the door code, do not forget to press the unlock button!

Disney trip

We decided to stay off property for our Disney trip and had a great stay here! My biggest complaint is that the pool at the house and then also the kids pool with the water slides are all not heated! The big pool in the clubhouse area was heated thank goodness since we did visit over the winter months. It was perfect distance from the parks so we could come back for naps in the middle of the Disney days. There were two great parks in the neighborhood for the kids to play at and the arcade room was cute and fun. Overall we had a great trip!!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. Its in a gated community and conveniently located. The kid rooms are decorated nicely.
