Le Betulle Studio 5 is a practical studio apartment suitable for your vacation with family or friends in Lugano, just a 15-minute drive from Lugano, within the Le Betulle residence in Origlio. The area is renowned for its green landscapes and the Origlio Lake.

The studio apartment is furnished with a double bed and a single sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), to accommodate up to 3 people, a table to have lunch and dinner which can also be used as a desk for working and studying, a TV and a small kitchen equipped with the necessities for preparing meals. The bathroom with shower concludes the studio apartment.

Each apartment has a small private garden furnished with small tables and chairs to enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round.
In addition, all rooms are air-conditioned.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi available. 
Smoking is strictly prohibited. 
Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The apartments have a private outdoor car park.

Breakfast service is available on request: after booking the apartment, you can reserve breakfast each day for the next day by accessing the GUEST PORTAL area of our website.
The rooms are adjacent to the Le Betulle restaurant.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 
An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

Origlio is just a 15-minute drive from Lugano, with its renowned Via Nassa, the beautiful Piazza Riforma, the picturesque lakeside promenade, shops, cafés and restaurants.

How to arrive:
By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in just 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 442 direction "Tesserete, Stazione" for 12 stops and get off at "Carnago, Deca". In just 5 walking minutes you will reach the apartment.
