"Okay for overnight stays. Breakfast buffet was good. It’s an older property that has a musty scent with lots of imperfections. Public areas, especially the elevator needs to be deep cleaned. "

"It was ok, hotel room could have been cleaned better. Overall stay was fine. Pictures of resort are a little misleading. Not an actual beach there, however this is a patio/beach style area. Staff was friendly. "

"Upon arrival I waited at the front check-in desk for about 15 minutes as two staff members talked to each other while another guest checked in with the other receptionist who was struggling to do their job. The two staff members who were at the other check-in desk chatting did not greet me, did not say "someone will be with you in a moment sir," etc., they simply enjoyed some personal conversation and ignored me. Eventually I asked them if they could help me and they said "sorry for your wait," but this rang hollow. It ended up needing to leave the property without staying the night and was charged $203 on my card on file (in addition to what I paid on Expedia for the reservation) with zero pre-authorization or explanation (I didn't really use the room and I definitely didn't buy anything)"

"I paid for a room then they told me the date was wrong even tho it was right and rhey made me pay twice for my stay"

"The only thing is that there was no body wash in the shower which was a little frustrating. Otherwise we had a really nice stay. The desk ladies were amazing at checkin"
