"This is an upstairs apartment, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It's very large, clean, bright and lovely. The location is outstanding! Easy walk to all of Oregon Shakespeare festival,., restaurants, and shops. Our group of four had a lovely time, and enjoyed our time in the apartment as much as our time outside doing activities..One thing to note, it is an upstairs apartment. That was not clear in the description. Luckily none of us had mobility issues. I I hope the owner will update the description so that's clear. Otherwise, this is one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed in! We plan to come back again next year."

10/10 Excellent
"We enthusiastically enjoyed our five night stay. Working with Valisatie was excellent with her high level of professionalism, patient problem-solving and overall pleasant attention. The location surpassed any of the previous rentals we have used over the last four decades. We walked to the doors of OSF within five minutes. A bakery, casual restaurant, a tap room are just across the street. The Co-op grocery store, Lithia Park and central Ashland are remarkably close. Our party of seven rented both upstairs and downstairs ("North and South"). The five bedrooms and three baths comfortably accommodated the seven of us adults. The upper unit has a more substantial dining and living area than in the lower unit. Stairs to the upper unit require some care."
