"In Cali, where the temp was over 80* DURING MY STAY and this place has NO ice machine!
WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!
The washer and dryer were also broken. And in the 4-day stay I spent at this property, only one (1) time did the maid knock on my door to ask if I needed anything!
And there was no door hanger to say, "SERVICE PLEASE!"
But upon check-in, the lady was quick to take my massive deposit. And when I got to my room and found there WAS an ironing board, yet NO iron. I looked for the phone to...
