Our stay was quiet and service was friendly. Check in is prompt. We have been here twice in the past 4 months and each room was musty smelling and the carpet was perpetually slightly damp. All beds were creaky. Breakfast was nice.

My wife and I have stayed at both the Hampton Inn and nearby Holiday Inn. We prefer the Hampton as it’s cleaner, newer and nicer. Best hotel in Orange, TX.

Hotels.com shows that I should’ve had an accessible room and Hampton Inn queen size beds did not have accessible bathroom. The front desk want to change me into another room ….even in the king size room the accessible toilet seat was higher but did not have rails. The breakfast was excellent. The TV should be updated so customers can watch Netflix with their access.

Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean and modern, the room was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Free breakfast buffet had a generous selection and excellent mini cheese omelets. Highly Recommended!

The only thing I did not like was the coffee machine in the bathroom. I have never seen a coffeemaker in the bathroom with the toilet. Please move to another area in the room.

Great stay, great staff, great breakfast! Also, glad to see the renovations/construction seems to be completed since my last stay. My only issue was the price - a bit pricey! For goodness sakes it's only Orange Texas

this should not be a Hilton. it is in very bad shape. it was dirty and had a lot of problems. The staff was not very friendly. The room had tears in the carpet chips in the cabinets. most things didn't work. had a odor to the room generally just not a good experience.

A fired started in a rooftop air conditioner and although staff handled well, I really wonder about upkeep of facility. We had to change hotels early in evening which was inconvenient.

There was road construction going on; not the properties fault; just inconvenient. Would have been nice to know that cash would be required for purchases ahead of time or that there would not be a ATM on the property. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and courteous as well as accommodating. Especially the young man who checked us in that Friday (7/29/22). I hate I didn’t get his name. We will definitely stay there again.
