"They advertise onsite parking, and while that’s technically true, there is nowhere near enough parking for the number of units. I stayed from 4/3–4/9 and not once was I able to get a parking space—and I am disabled. I made them aware of my condition before arriving, and I was assured I would be accommodated. That did not happen. It got so bad that we actually had to skip going to the theme parks because I was afraid that if we left, we wouldn’t have a place to park when we returned. Imagine having to tell your child you can’t go to the parks because of something like that. The only option was a parking garage multiple buildings away, and I had to pay for a golf cart just to get assistance. My son even witnessed another disabled woman who was physically shaken dealing with the same situation. The worst part? No accountability. Not even a phone call. I gave them 20 days to reach out before filing complaints—nothing. Based on my experience, I honestly question the reviews. The property is outdated, overcrowded, and poorly managed. I’ve been to Disney and Universal many times—both peak and off-season—and I have never experienced anything like this. I will say this: Expedia was excellent and truly tried to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, **Westgate Resorts refused to approve any resolution. Expedia still made an effort to make things right, which I appreciate. They had the nerve to use staffing for the delays!"

"Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Rosen Inn on International Drive in Orlando. The room had multiple roaches, at one point they were coming out one after another. This is not a minor issue, it’s a serious cleanliness and health concern that no guest should ever have to deal with. On top of that, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, showing a complete lack of basic maintenance and room inspection before assigning it to guests. It’s extremely disappointing that a hotel would allow rooms in this condition to be occupied. This reflects very poorly on the management and overall standards of the property. I have documented everything and will be escalating this to corporate, as this stay did not meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly recommend others think twice before booking here until these issues are properly addressed."

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk staff, Ms. Virginia and Ms. Neha. I attended a trade show at the Orange County Convention Center and stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham on April 20 and 21. After checking out on April 22, I did not realize until I returned home to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, that I had left two of my Polo T‑shirts behind in Room #119. As soon as I discovered this, I called the front desk at Days Inn. Ms. Virginia answered the call and immediately checked with housekeeping, confirming that the two T‑shirts had been found. When I asked how I could retrieve them, she advised that I could schedule a UPS pickup. Because the UPS pickup cost was quite high, I instead sent a prepaid, self‑addressed USPS Priority Mail envelope. After mailing the envelope, I called the front desk daily to follow up on its arrival. When Ms. Virginia was working the late shift, Ms. Neha kindly assisted me during my calls. I would like to especially commend both Ms. Virginia and Ms. Neha for treating this matter with great care and responsibility, as if it were their own personal loss. Their genuine concern and excellent customer service truly made me feel at home during my stay at Days Inn."

"Todo lindo hotel limpio mucha diversión para los niños me encanta el detalle de entrar a volcano bay temprano y ir a pie es una linda experiencia. El personal del hotel atento y carismático. Gracias a la Hauskiping no la vi ni la conocí pero tuvo el detallazo de arreglar la cama de mis niñas colocando todos los días su muñequito de bluey que dejaba tirado . Gracias la niña y yo lo agradecemos muchísimo. A ella le gustaba llegar de los parques y ver su muñequito acostado yo esperándola . ❤️❤️"

"If you need easy access to the Orange County CC, this is the best Hotel to stay at. It's very close, equipped with anything you might need and a great value!"

"Very noisy on the ground level. They use leaf blowers to clean out rooms I think as well and that starts roughly around 9. Property looks deceiving from the street but trust me it is absolutely redone and severely updated. Bartender Jeff on nights made the stay from good to amazing. Guy is great at entertaining and taking care of the guests by the pool"
