Get ready for your family’s vacation at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Jubilee Landing. Located just across the street from the gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with beautiful formica countertops, NEW appliances, and a spacious breakfast bar for entertaining. The living room features a brand new sofa and loveseat, cable TV, and complimentary WIFI. Access to the waterfront balcony from the living room and master suite allows for enjoying the coastal breezes and views of Ole River! Perfect spot to watch the dolphins!

The master bedroom offers a king bed and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed.
Guest bedroom 3 has 2 bunks! bunk 1 is a twin over twin plus a trundle and bunk 2 is also a twin over twin. Sleeps 5 kiddoes!
Guest bath is a shower/tub combo.
The condo also includes TVs in the living room and bedrooms, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
This condo can accommodate up to 9 people.

Jubilee Landing amenities include a pool, rental boat dock, BBQ grilling area, picnic area, and beach access at Shell Beach less than a mile away. Guests can also fish off the dock and use the fish cleaning station. Additionally, there's a gazebo with stunning views of Ole River.

Please note that Jubilee Landing allows 1 parking pass per reservation(additional pass maybe requested), and guests using the docks do so at their own risk. Those bringing a boat must register the craft with Aqua Vacations, provide proof of insurance, and pay a daily boat dock fee. Boat trailers are not allowed at Jubilee Landing, and guests should contact Jerry’s Marine for trailer storage.

The property is furnished with a starter set of paper products, and guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. The primary renter must be 25 years old, remain present for the duration of the stay, and is responsible for the group.

Docks-All persons using the docks, do so at their own risk. Jubilee Landing and Aqua Vacations & Sales Group is not responsible for any accident or injury in connection with use of the docks; nor the loss of any personal property

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can.
HOUSE RULES: Guest are emailed the Rental Agreement by Docusign and must be signed and filed by Primary Renter before Check-In Instructions are released. Guest responsible for Check-out procedures & leaving property in reasonable condition. NO Smoking/Vaping (Outside only). No animals/pets-NO EXCEPTIONS. No Parties-only registered guests allowed on property. Primary renter must be 25y/o & remain present for the duration of stay. Primary renter is responsible for group.
Damage waiver fee of $80.00 eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: Aqua Vacations Guest Ambassador will email your Check-In instructions and arrival information 1 day prior to your arrival.
If using a credit card, there is a 4% convenience fee.
