On 10 June 1944, the village of Oradour-sur-Glane was destroyed by the Nazis in just a few hours. Only 5 of the 647 people in the town that day survived.
Orodour sir glane. Such a sad place. Site of a horrible massacre, the Ruined town hasn't been touched since.
The whole village was destroyed during WWII and the place was kept as it is
