"When we arrived the computers were down so we had to wait for about a half an hour for them to manually find out which rooms were available to book. They said they would call when the computers were back up for us to come back to the counter to input our credit card. We left for dinner computers still not working nor were they when we returned (we checked). They called at 8:45pm and said to come down we were already done for the day so we went in the morning. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but the stoves were not working so that changed to 7:30 and breakfast was “OK”."

"While the property is nice and a great location, we had a few issues. When we arrived two beds were missing sheets. We contacted the host and never got a reply. We tried contacting several times and never got a response. It was very disappointing. Also while the kitchen was equipped, it was just equipped. For instance, there is adequate plates and silverware but I could not find a bowl to mix pancakes in. Also the couch outside shown in the pictures is not there any longer. That said, the place was clean and loved the location. Several places to eat and an outlet shopping center close by."

"Great property for a family reunion! Plenty of kitchen/fridge space. Easily sleeps 20. We parked 8 vehicles with no problem. Safe neighborhood. Big back yard, but bring your own shade canopies, folding table/chairs.We had a fun weekend together!"

"We were happy we found this house to accommodate our large, extended family! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the theater room and game room were bonus areas for recreation. Walmart and Costco were both only a short drive away. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. We also appreciated the large family room for everyone to gather, a fenced backyard for activities with the grandchildren, and ample parking on the property. We did have some issues with the air conditioning, but Damian was very responsive and helpful in improving that situation. The large, main kitchen along with the second kitchen in the basement gave us plenty of space to cook for our crowd. Overall, a great stay!"
