"It was a convenient location as we were boarding a Holland America ship the next day. It was literally across the street from the boarding area. The reason I gave it 4 stars was to evening meal area is a food court with really great food choices, but the music was so loud you couldn’t hear anyone."

"Clean room."

"Location"

"Room too Small , Wardrobe very small like a baby room, Fire alarm in my room was Sellotapped (that means not working). Water coming out to the toilet floor during your shower. No kittle , tea , coffee, in the room. Only one Lift working and its takes ages for Lift to come down as everyone waiting for it. Prices of the Room not worth it for the Standard of the Room. Will not be staying in ibis at Rotterdam again. Breakfast same every morning."

"Nice and clean room, can't really complain about anything 😀"

"Good location. Small rooms."

"We were in a city view room that was smaller but very well laid out. The Haven shares what would appear to be an excellent spa like area with a pool, sauna, and relaxing area with excellent views of the harbour with the adjoining Hilton Doubletree hotel. We would definitely consider staying at the Haven on our next visit to Rotterdam. We visited the DO restaurant in the...
