The staff we met was outstanding. They got us a microwave within a few minutes. Very friendly. We left some paperwork in the room and they called us within three hours of our leaving. They were able to arrange for our family to pick it up next week.
We were somewhat disappointed with the condition of the facility. On the morning of our arrival date, we got an email telling us the room we reserved was not available. Due to renovations, the main floor was closed. We ended up on the 4th floor. In fairness the room was very nice. It was missing a microwave, but the staff took care of that very quickly. Both ice machines on the 4th and 3rd floors were out of order. The 2nd floor was closed, so we had to come down to the 1st floor to get ice. Also, the men's room on the main floor was out of order, as well as one of the two elevators. In the suite, there are two televisions, but only one remote, so we had to pass it back in forth if we wished to watch different programs.
When my wife showered, there was plenty of hot water. But we could not get hot water in the bathroom sink. The room has a table/desk with a bank of electrical/USB plugs on top. Unfortunately, the arrangement of the room did not allow the bank to be plugged in, rendering them useless.
The staff we met did the best they could, but were limited by the physical problems at the facility.
