"It was very hot in the room. We asked for a fan several times but were always told to turn on the air. Everytime we turned it on, it stayed on for a few minutes then went back off. We were never given a fan. We also booked the hotel because of the airport shuttle but because of time issues we never even got to use that."

"The hotel was beautiful- pristinely clean and well maintained. It was very conveniently situated near to Treviso with the city centre, railway and bus stations a 20 minute walk away or a €11 taxi ride. On site parking was a bonus and the hotel is situated conveniently for access to major roads. Staff were helpful and efficient - room was ready even though we arrived early. "This hotel is very close to the airport, thus grabbing a cab in the airport will be hard since taxi drivers will not drive for less than 15€. Other than that the property is nice and the bus is pretty close aswell about 5 min walking and 25min to venice from there. They are also really friendly and held our bags for 8hrs+ and we had some extra time to kill since our flight was at 10pm and spent that time in venice whilst they held our bags, very grateful for that. Breakfast is okay but maybe not...
