Belvedere on the Gulf of Valinco, our property has a breathtaking view of Propriano and its surroundings. Located on the heights of Olmeto, surrounded by nature, in olive trees and centuries-old oaks, you can rest in peace on the different terraces and by the edge of a 8m by 4m swimming pool.
The villa comfortably planned for 10 people is composed of 3 levels with internal stairs plus an external staircase between the first two levels:
> on the pool floor, apartment with summer kitchen, shower room, separate wc, two bedrooms, one of which is windowless.
> on the ground floor, living room, kitchen and large terrace, one bedroom with private bathroom and sea view terrace, another bedroom and a bathroom with WC.
> on the 1st floor, large master suite with shower room, wc, dressing room and sea view terrace

Wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Blick spektakulär. Wir haben zu viert nur den oberen Teil des Hauses bewohnt. Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub genossen!

Magnifique villa dominant le golfe de Valinco

Emplacement exceptionnel avec une terrasse extraordinaire dominant le golfe de Valinco. Tout est dans les détails, avec absolument tout à disposition pour la cuisine, la baignade, la pétanque Seul bémol ( s'il faut en trouver un) la deuxième chambre du premier étage est un peu petite. Nous avons été accueillis par les parents du propriétaire avec une extrême gentillesse dans cette magnifique propriété possédant une vue extraordinaire sur le golf de Propriano. L’équipement mis à disposition est top.Il ne manque absolument rien. Merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel.

En famille de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un superbe moment dans cette villa très spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Propriano. Également un super accueil de Dominique. Maison équipée d un garage ou nous avons pu mettre nos 4 motos. Je recommande.

Love, love, love this place and location!!! Outstanding!

This has to be one of the best houses we’ve stayed at. We’re a group of 8 travelling throughout France and this house is simply amazing! The view is spectacular from the balcony and upstairs bedroom of the gulf of Popriano. The kitchen is well stocked and if you have an electric vehicle they have a rapid power charger for a fee that you can use. A decent sized pool and lovely garden area that can be enjoyed. The property owner was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely come back again.

Magnifique Villa !

La villa est située près d’Olmeto, dans un endroit calme, près d’une réserve naturelle. Tranquillité assurée. Nous étions 6 adultes et deux enfants. Accueil parfait de Jean-Marc que nous remercions. La villa est suffisamment grande pour que chacun ait son espace. Villa climatisée, très appréciable en plein mois d’août. La cuisine est super bien équipée, et même +++. Côté piscine, chaises longues en nombre et des jeux de piscine pour petits et grands. A noté, il y a également une borne de recharge pour les véhicules électriques installé dans le garage. Je rejoins les précédents commentaires, la vue est juste… wahou !!!

La villa est idéalement située à Olmeto, à 15 minutes de Propriano avec en effet une vue époustouflante ! Elle est aussi très confortable pour un groupe de 8/10, et conviendra parfaitement à ceux qui cherchent à rester indépendants malgré un voyage en groupe avec ses trois espaces distincts (même si l’appartement au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est un peu moins bien équipé). Les propriétaires sont très serviables et ont à cœur que leurs hôtes passent un agréable séjour. Je vous recommande chaudement cette belle maison.

Superbe villa ; Vue époustouflante !

Tout est parfait dans cette villa très au calme : grandes pièces bien décorées, grande terrasse à vivre et terrasse semi ombragée aux abords de la piscine. Charmants petits coins aménagés sur l'ensemble du terrain. Ce qui nous a le plus émerveillé, c'est la superbe vue sur la baie de Propriano. Propriétaires très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu paradisiaque.

Fantastic Holiday in a Wonderful Villa!!

We have just returned from a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. It was immaculate, very clean and hygienic and incredibly well equipped. We were very impressed with the whole rental process from the very helpful host sorting out our pre-holiday requests and questions to the smooth check out. We were a mixed group of grandparents, parents, adult friends and three pre-schoolers. The villa worked very well for us and the pool alarm was a welcome feature for the safety of the children. The view was stunning and we enjoyed many evenings sitting out on the terrace eating, drinking and playing games. There are numerous board games, pool toys and a large boules set which we used on the villa’s own boules pitch were a huge advantage and provided endless hours of entertainment. We loved the bbq area with its separate dining table. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return again one day! Thanks Dominique!

Villa avec vue magnifique

Très belle villa avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Propriano. Belle piscine, coin barbecue très agréable, beau jardin. L'intérieur de la maison est aménagé avec goût, il ne manque rien. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Nous recommandons cette location pour passer de bons moments entre amis ou en famille. Nous étions un groupe de 5 motos (10 personnes)

Villa avec vue imprenable

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa fin Juin en famille: 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillants. La villa est au top: vue incroyable, très bien équipée ( machine à glaçons, matériel pour bébé , plancha…). Extérieurs bien conçu et spacieux au milieu des oliviers avec boulodrome, cuisine d’été, piscine … Petit + avec les plantes aromatiques( menthe, basilic, persil…) , citronnier, pêcher, abricotier. Propreté impeccable. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Magnifique Villa, vue époustouflante

Magnifique villa avec des prestations de qualité à la hauteur de ce que l'on avait pu voir sur les photos. Les espaces sont grands et pensés pour la capacité d'accueil de la maison. Nous étions nombreux et avions chacun notre espace. La propreté de la maison est notable surtout vu le contexte : toutes les dispositions avaient été prises par les propriétaires. La vue sur le Golfe de Valinco est juste époustouflante ! Je recommande vivement pour un beau séjour sur l'île de beauté !

Le bonheur!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Merci infiniment aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs précieux conseils. La maison est juste fantastique, l’aménagement intérieur et extérieur ou rien ne manque : nombreux salons placés judicieusement pour pouvoir profiter quelques soit les conditions climatiques, le terrain de pétanque pour les parties de rigolades et la cuisine d’extérieur très conviviale. Piscine chauffée à 28 idéale pour le mois d’octobre et accessoires de jeux pour les enfants fournis. Mais bien sûr le plus époustouflant, c’est la vue! Nous avons passé tellement de temps à la contempler que les télévisions pourtant présentes dans toutes les chambres n’ont pas fonctionné une seule fois. Voyageant avec 4 adolescents, l’appartement séparé du bas est très pratique pour que chacun puisse avoir son espace. Bref tellement enthousiastes, que nous avons réservé d’emblée pour l’année prochaine !

Really lovely villa, extraordinary view. Wonderful family holiday

We were a multi-generational group from London, & the villa suited all: great pool for the kids (7 & 9), lovely master suite for the grandparents (80s) and good other bedrooms arents, wonderful covered BBQ / drinking area for the cooks, and basement bedrooms for the cousins and kids. The view is incredible. Villa very well kept, excellent kitchen etc., and the owners could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We stayed for two weeks and I cannot recommend more highly. (The only possible issue I can think of; the final 2kms of the drive to the villa could worry inexperienced drivers). Thank you Dominique.
