"The staff was super accommodating, helpful, and assisted with all transportation. They also held our luggage during our trip to Machu Picchu. Rooms were basic but clean and was extremely happy with the hotel"
"There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone."
