"Breakfast was offered only in the adds but there was no breakfast at this facility.
When I asked them about their advertising they denied that they placed this add that Expedia had written the offer.
The hotel did not offer a solution or a discount on my 18 days stay that was booked."
"Reserved a non-smoking room but was told when I arrived that only rooms that were smoker-friendly were available.
What is the purpose of a reservation if the hotel cannot guarantee it?
It was later when I arrived so not much chance to book another room.
Got to the room and found that the outer window was cracked and had a hole in it.
The room was clean and provided a night's rest.
Outside, the grounds were well lighted and had several security cameras."
