"予想以上に良かったです。ブッフェへもちろん、施設も素敵でした。温泉街自体はバブル崩壊の影響を受けてまだまださびれてま すが、このホテルだけでも十分過ぎるくらいに高い価値があります。また、近隣にはスキー場や山、道の駅など観光スポットもあるので温泉街がさびれてるのも気になる人はほぼいないかと。草津温泉との梯子で行きましたが、こちらのほうが良いと妻と話しています。"

Onsen was very nice, rooms have been keep in top shape, with new fresh tatami mats, clean walls, etc.
Buffett breakfast had a lot of choices, Japanese and some western items.
Wi-Fi in lobby only.

"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time.
Without a car, there is limited access to any surrounding towns. There is a bus but it’s relatively infrequent. However, staying in is also great due to the 24 hour...

お料理もとても美味しく、大浴場の設備も揃っており、お部屋も十分な広さで綺麗です。
こちらの登山の都合で、朝食は食べずに早朝に出る事を伝えていましたが、夜食におにぎりを差し入れて下さったり、かなりの早朝でしたが、ちゃんと靴も出しておいて下さり、素敵なホスピタリティに大満足でした♡ありがとうございました♪"
