"The hotel was clean and updated. Comfortable beds. Great lake view at hotel bar/restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location a block from Sumtner Square with music , shopping and bars. Would stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Spiders in room, bathroom door doesn't close and is worn out, needs to be painted. Cracks between tub and tile wall. Palmetto bugs in room. Only one TV in room but there was two in the double bed area but non in front room. Room looks old. Told front desk about bugs."
