Our room was spotless. The staff accommodating and friendly. One of the plugs was not working in our room and the technician came over immediately to sort it out.

Staff was friendly and went over and above to make our stay wonderful. However, small things like waiting for plates for the buffet and leaky ac unit in the room was annoying.

We travel every year and stayed in different resorts but never our experience was so poor, The meals menu was limited , service very poor, the nightly entertainment listed in the description - non existent, no gift shop or any other shopping close .

This is were all the actions happens. My question is why aren't all the food vendor open. Some food vendor were closed which made it limited to a few choices. Rent to vendor who will open daily and provide more food choices.

Oistins is definitely a great destination that will not disappoint. Be mindful of the cost of everything as it can be a bit on the expensive side but well worth it.
